Support Coordination Level 3, also known as Specialist Support Coordination, offers intensive assistance for participants with significant support needs. This service is designed for individuals experiencing barriers that prevent them from effectively using their NDIS plans, such as multiple service providers, health or housing complexities, or crisis situations.
